GLAZED-OVER PORK CHOPS

Pork Chops on the grill are delicious and bone-in is the absolute best – juicy and tender and when marinaded in Just+Add Beer Spicy Szechuan will be like no other.

TIP: Keep an eye on the temp as you glaze. The sugar in the marinade can burn if it’s too hot. Start med/high heat, turn it regularly to get the best caramelization with a perfect char.

HARDWARE: Grill, Mixing Bowl

INGREDIENTS:
1 jar Just+Add Beer Spicy Szechuan Black Vinegar
1 bottle (12 ounces) Tsingtao Beer or Your Favorite Lager
2 pounds Bone-In Pork Chop
1 bunch Scallion or Chive (optional/garnish)

STEP 1: MAKE MARINADE

Combine 1 jar Just+Add Spicy Szechuan Black Vinegar + 1 cup of Tsingtao or your favorite Lager in a bowl or mason jar. Stir well.

STEP 2: SEASON & MARINATE

Season chops with salt and combine with marinade, mix well. Place in fridge covered for at least 30 minutes.

STEP 3: GRILL

Preheat grill to medium heat (if grill is too hot the marinade can burn before the chops are cooked!). Maintain a medium heat and turn regularly. Once caramelization starts, begin to glaze the chops with the remaining marinade.

STEP 4: PLATE

Once your chops are glazed to perfection, garnish and serve with rice or grilled vegetables and a freshly opened Tsingtao or your favorite Lager.
