SLOSHED ‘N SPICY CREMA

Our take on Mexican Crema. We use whole sour cream for a full flavor that stands up to the beer and our sauce. This makes for a decadent topping on tacos, baked potatoes and even chicken wings.

TIP: For an added tang add the juice of half a lime

HARDWARE: Small Bowl, Rubber Spatula

PREP & COOK 3 minutes
READY IN 3 minutes

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 jar Just+Add Beer Fiery Mexican Tres Chiles
1 (12-16) ounce bottle Mikeller Rasberry Blush or Your Favorite Berliner Weiss Beer
1 (16) ounce tub Sour Cream

STEP 1: MEASURE

4 tablespoons sour cream in mixing bowl. Double recipe if your like to go heavy on the sauce.

STEP 2: ADD

2 tablespoons Just+Add Beer Fiery Mexican Tres Chiles

STEP 3: COMBINE

1 tablespoon Mikeller Rasberry Blush or Your Favorite Berliner Weiss.

STEP 4: SERVE

Spoon over our Sh*tfaced Shrimp Tacos or dish of your choice or use as dip for tortilla chips.
