TURNT UP TURKEY ALE CHILI

This is a great recipe for long slow cooking in a crock pot. Chili is pure comfort food and host to your favorite beer.

TIP: If you want chili fast, use a pressure cooker instead of a slow cooker. It can be ready in an hour!

HARDWARE: Crock Pot, Cutting Board, Large Sauté Pan

YIELDS 8-10 minutes
PREP & COOK 30 minutes
READY IN 6-8 hours

INGREDIENTS:
1 jar Just+Add Beer Fiery Mexican Tres Chiles
1 12-ounce bottle Concrete Jungle Bad Actor or Your Favorite IPA
1.5 pounds Ground Turkey
3 medium Pasilla or Green Bell Peppers
2 medium White Onions
1 medium Tomato
2 10-ounce cans Diced Tomato and Green Chilies
2 cans Organic Black Beans
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper

STEP 1: MAKE SAUCE

Combine 1 jar Just+Add Beer Fiery Mexican Tres Chiles + 1 12-ounce Concrete Jungle Bad Actor IPA or your favorite IPA.

STEP 2: PREP

Season & brown ground turkey. Dice onions and peppers. Open cans of tomatoes and beans.

STEP 3: COMBINE

Combine all Ingredients in a crock pot or slow cooker. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. A heavy pot set to the lowest flame will work too.

STEP 4: COOK

Add any additional salt and pepper needed after cooking.

STEP 5: SERVE
